Salmon Burger With Grilled Romaine Heart And Lemon Yoghurt Sauce

A high-protein salmon burger with fresh lemon yoghurt and grilled romaine for added texture and flavour.

Ingredients

  • 340g salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary finely chopped
  • cup panko
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  • Cut salmon into pieces and blend in a food processor for one minute. Combine in a medium bowl with remaining ingredients and form into four patties.
  • Braai for four to five minutes, flip, then braai for another four to five minutes. Top each patty with one-eighth grilled romaine heart and two tablespoons lemon yoghurt.
